According to our refund policy, the following cases are eligible for a refund:
First-month cancellation – If you cancel your subscription within the first 15 days of purchase, we have no-condition refund policy. After 15 days, we reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason, in our sole discretion, including abuse of the Services, abuse of this refund policy, or violation of the Terms of Service.
Technical issues – if you couldn’t use Musak due to technical problems on our end.
How to submit a refund request
1. If you think you qualify for a refund, you can submit your request via email at support@musak.in . In your request, specify the refund reason and provide as much information as possible to help us process your request quickly.

2. Once we confirm your refund, you don’t need to do anything else. The money will be automatically returned to your card within 15 working days.
If you didn’t receive the money
If you didn’t receive the money within 15 working days after the confirmation, here’s what you can do:
- Double-check the card linked to the billing information in your Musak account – this is where we send the funds.
- Contact your bank for further clarification.
